Wire line instrumentation

SENSY manufactures running line tensiometers for multiple cable diameters and capacities for wireline applications.

We have a single-block concept for operations which always use the same cable diameter and a two-block concept for operations requiring different cable diameters and pull forces.

Delivered with an encoder, we provide force, payout and speed information; ATEX, IECEx or/and CSA for zone 1 certification on request.

Our sheave design provides high resistance to wear, combined with anti-slip and respect of the cable integrity.

For slick-line operations, we offer a load shackle to suspend your sheave block and measure the weight. Available with a hard-wired or wireless solution, both for zone 1 (ATEX or/and CSA).
