I have a load limiter composed of a load cell and a BRIDGE-BOY.
When there is no load on hoisting device, the BRIDGE-BOY triggers unexpectedly.
Answer:
To ensure positive safety, the BRIDGE-BOY will set itself to fault when the output signal falls below -0.5 V.
Set the hoisting device without any load. Measure the voltage between terminal 8 (+) and GND (-)
(see drawing above).
This signal may not be negative. If necessary increase it to 0 V or a slightly positive value (ex: 0.1 V) by using the zero potentiometer (Z).
