Static lateral force limit (% F.S.*)

The maximum lateral force (or perpendicular to the nominal direction) that can be applied to a sensor without altering its performance. The application of a lateral force can have consequences on the accuracy of the measurement. The presence of a bending moment may aggravate the consequences of applying lateral force.
